You will use the same email address or phone number you’ve already shared with Your Place Church. This could be the information you gave us when checking in your child, signing up for an event, or filling out a Connection Card. If you’re unsure, try the contact information you use most often with us.

If you recently created a new profile, don’t worry – this is normal! It can take up to 4 hours for your personalized dashboard to fully set up and become available. Once it’s ready, you’ll see all your information and next steps when you log in.

Badges light up based on certain milestones and activity. If your badge isn’t showing:
